고등학교 시절
말레이시아에 있는 여고생과 펜팔을 했습니다.
2년 정도 편지를 주고받았었는데,
그녀의 사진을 보며 가슴 설레었던 기억이 나네요.

저의 사진을 보내 달라 길래
벚꽃나무 아래서 폼 잡고 사진을 찍었던 기억도 떠 오릅니다.

말레이시아의 수도인 쿠알라룸푸르 경찰의 딸이었으며
학교에서 밴드부 활동을 하던 친구였습니다.
음악에 관심이 많았던 저와 죽이 잘 맞았었지요.

서로를 초대하기로 굳게 약속 했었는데
약속은 지키지 못하고 25년이 흘렀네요. ^^

몇 번을 들었는지 서로 얘기할 정도로
그 시절 둘이서 정말 좋아했었던 노래입니다.
